Here’s how we calculate the cost of our 2 bedroom apartment: on a £73,675 apartment we pay your deposit of £3,680, leaving a cost to you of £69,995. In addition, we also pay your legal fees of up to £600 if you use our recommended conveyancer.  All you need to reserve one of these great apartments is £99 for the reservation fee.
