G2 has an ambitious build programme. Up to 2,000 G2 apartments will be introduced every year from 2008.
A number of potential sites for G2 developments have already been identified but details of new opportunities are also welcomed.
We are particularly interested in receiving information on potential sites that meet the following criteria:
- 0.5 to 1.5 acres in size
- Brownfield locations in urban areas across the UK
- Level site, regular shape
- Excellent local transport links
- Good access to local amenities
G2 sites already identified include derelict public houses, cinemas, nursing homes, industrial buildings and petrol stations.
Quick decisions are promised to all agents and potential vendors, attractive introduction fees available.
