NEW YEAR, NEW HOME FOR MOVERS TO G2 REDCAR

9 January, 2008

Teresa Dickson brought in the new year in style when she became one of the first buyers to move into a brand new apartment at G2 Redcar.

The 26 year old is just one of the G2 buyers that started the new year with a bang thanks to the housebuilder’s first time buyer friendly prices, with apartments starting at a net price of just £63,995. Buyer’s also don’t have to pay a costly deposit, which can often take years to save, as it costs only £99 to reserve a G2 home.

Teresa said: “I have wanted to buy my own home for a few years, but I never thought it would be possible on my own so I didn’t actively start looking. I saw the advertisements for G2 when I drove past the development, so I thought I’d take a look at the website. I was amazed when I saw the prices and realised that I would be able to afford an apartment with the added bonus that I didn’t have to pay an expensive deposit. It was the ideal opportunity for me to buy my own home.

“Everyone says that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but G2 made it easy. This was exactly what I was looking for and I know it will help other first time buyers in the same situation. I’m really happy to finally be on the property ladder and have my own house with my own space.”

G2 Director & General Manager Fraser Thomson commented: “The sole purpose of G2 is to help buyers like Teresa to take their first step onto the property ladder. Without our low prices, these buyers would still be living with parents or renting but we’ve recognised this problem and developed home that are achievable. I wish Teresa many happy years in her new apartment.”
