All of the homes at G2 Redcar have now been passed as suitable for occupation by the National House Builders Council.
Commenting on this, G2 brand director Fraser Thomson said: “The Council of Mortgage Lenders relies on the NHBC as an independent party to verify that G2’s apartments have been built properly and completed to the required standard, to protect the interests of our customers.”
Demand has been such that all of the 1 bedroom apartments have been sold, and only a small number of 2 bedroom apartments are still available.
It is possible to own outright a 2 bedroom G2 apartment from only £83,600 after paying a reservation fee of only £99, which is offset against the purchase price. This price includes 5% deposit paid and a washer/dryer and freestanding cooker.
