Where’s the catch? Actually, there isn’t one. There is no shared ownership, our customers own their homes outright. There is no compromise on quality either. G2 homes are built and specified to the high standards our customers expect in every other area of their lives.
How do we do it? That’s the clever bit. We’re backed by the multi-national housebuilder Taylor Wimpey so we have access to huge resources, but we act like a smaller company at the same time. G2 has thousands of potential locations to choose from and we always pick sites where the homes we build will be affordable for our customers.
We then make buying a first home really easy. From choosing the carpets to arranging a mortgage, buying from G2 could not be simpler.
Oh, and in case you were wondering, property investors should look elsewhere. G2 is all about helping people take their first step onto the property ladder so we only sell G2 homes to single people, to young couples, to key workers. We won’t sell them to landlords to rent out.
